How We Begin
Initial Assessment

Every new client begins with a comprehensive 90-minute assessment.

Together, we explore your current challenges, personal history, lifestyle, nervous system patterns, and wellbeing through an integrative lens informed by Āyurveda, Yoga Therapy, and contemporary approaches to human behaviour.

You'll leave with greater clarity about what's contributing to your current experience, along with personalized recommendations and a clear path forward.


Ongoing Mentorship Sessions

Following your assessment, we'll determine a rhythm of ongoing sessions based on your goals and needs.

Each session builds on the last, blending mentorship, reflective inquiry, practical tools, embodied practices, and personalized guidance to support meaningful change over time.
