You are not overwhelmed because life is too much.
You are overwhelmed because nothing has taught you how to process what you experience.
Every day, you move through conversations, emotions, decisions, stress, pressure.
And most of it… doesn’t get fully digested.
And most of it… doesn’t get fully digested.
It lingers.
In the body.
In the nervous system.
In the mind.
In the body.
In the nervous system.
In the mind.
Over time, this becomes:
- Overthinking that doesn’t stop
- Emotional reactivity you can’t quite control
- Shutdown, numbness, or disconnection
- Feeling like you’re carrying something… but you don’t know what
This isn’t who you are.
This is undigested life.
This Series Is Different
This is not about learning more tools.
It’s not about fixing yourself.
It’s not about managing symptoms.
It’s not about fixing yourself.
It’s not about managing symptoms.
This is about building the capacity to process your life as you are living it.
So that:
- Emotions move through you instead of getting stuck
- Your nervous system begins to feel safe again
- Your reactions soften into awareness
- You feel more grounded, clear, and steady within yourself
This is the work beneath the work.
What This Work Is Rooted In
This series weaves together:
- Ayurveda — understanding mental/emotional digestion (Agni + Ama)
- Yoga Philosophy — samskaras, kleshas, and witnessing awareness
- Nervous System Work — regulation, safety, and somatic processing
- Experiential Practice — not just understanding, but embodying
You won’t just learn something new.
You will begin to experience yourself differently.
The Structure
This is a 6-part live experiential series.
Each session includes:
- Concise, grounded teaching
- Guided practices (Yoga Nidra, somatic work, breathwork, meditation)
- Space to slow down and actually process
- Integration to carry into your daily life
Each session builds on the next—gently increasing your capacity.
What You Will Begin to Notice
As we move through the series, you may begin to feel:
- Less reactive, even in situations that normally trigger you
- More aware of what you’re actually feeling beneath the surface
- A greater sense of space between stimulus and response
- The ability to stay with yourself instead of shutting down
- A deeper sense of internal steadiness and trust
Not because life changes…
But because your relationship to your experience changes.
This Is For You If…
- You feel overwhelmed, even when life “looks fine”
- You tend to overthink, overanalyze, or get stuck in your mind
- You notice patterns of anxiety, irritation, or emotional shutdown
- You feel disconnected from your body or your emotions
- You’ve done personal work before—but something still isn’t shifting
Or simply:
You know there is something deeper in how you are relating to your life…
And you’re ready to meet it.
And you’re ready to meet it.
This Is Not For You If…
- You are looking for quick fixes or surface-level tools
- You are not open to feeling or being with your experience
- You are not willing to engage in practice between sessions
This work is simple… but it requires presence and participation.
The Experience
This space is intentionally:
- Grounded, not performative
- Spacious, not overwhelming
- Honest, not idealistic
You are not asked to be anything other than where you are.
There is nothing to prove here.
Nothing to get right.
Nothing to get right.
