You understand yourself intellectually, yet something still hasn’t fully settled. The body remains tense. The nervous system rarely rests. Life feels managed rather than lived.
My work supports individuals who are ready to move beyond insight alone, and into an embodied, sustainable way of living.
I work holistically, drawing from Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, Jyotiṣa, and therapeutic, nervous-system–informed practices. But this is not about collecting more tools or information. It is about helping what you already know begin to land — in the body, in daily rhythm, and in the way you relate to yourself and the world around you.
I support healing that is steady and relational, not rushed or performative. We work with the whole of you — your history, your responsibilities, your sensitivity, and your capacity — so that practice becomes something that lives alongside you, rather than another thing you have to do.
