The Return Framework™ | The Capacity to Care
Facilitated by Anāya Within
Welcome to The Capacity to Care.
This program has been created to support greater awareness, resilience, emotional regulation, reflection, compassion, and the capacity to navigate the demands of work and everyday life.
The program includes facilitated workshops, Practice Labs, guided practices, self-reflection, educational content, coaching-based inquiry, and access to supporting resources through the Anāya Within online portal.
Before participating, please read and acknowledge the following.
- Nature and Purpose of the Program
I understand that The Capacity to Care is an educational, experiential, coaching and professional-development program.
The program may draw upon approaches and practices informed by coaching, neuroscience, psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles, Positive Intelligence, Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Āyurveda, meditation, mindfulness, breath awareness, somatic/body-based awareness, contemplative practices and other wellbeing approaches.
I understand that these approaches are provided for education, self-awareness, reflection and personal/professional development.
Participation in the program does not create a psychologist, psychotherapist, physician, healthcare-provider or other regulated health-professional relationship with Anāya Within or its facilitator. - This Program Is Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment
I understand that this program is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental health condition and is not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, psychological treatment, counselling, crisis intervention or other appropriate professional healthcare.
I understand that I am responsible for seeking qualified professional support for medical, psychological or mental health concerns when appropriate.
If I am uncertain whether a practice or activity is appropriate for me, I understand that I may choose not to participate and may consult an appropriate healthcare professional. - Voluntary Participation and Personal Choice
Participation in practices, exercises, reflections and group discussions is voluntary.
I understand that I am always welcome to:
modify a practice;
pause or stop a practice;
keep my eyes open during meditation or guided practices;
choose not to answer a reflection question;
choose not to share personal information with the group; or
participate in a way that feels appropriate for me.
I understand that there are no “right” answers or expected personal disclosures within this program.
I remain responsible for determining my own level of participation and communicating any concerns or limitations when appropriate. - Emotional and Reflective Nature of the Work
Some program topics may include discussions or reflections related to stress, difficult experiences, emotional patterns, grief, loss, responsibility, boundaries, relationships, personal beliefs and other aspects of lived experience.
I understand that self-reflection and contemplative practices can sometimes bring awareness to uncomfortable thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, memories or experiences.
I understand that I am not required to explore or disclose anything that I do not wish to explore or share.
If something arises that requires support beyond the scope of this program, I understand that I am responsible for seeking appropriate professional care or support. - Physical and Contemplative Practices
The program may include gentle movement, breathing practices, meditation, relaxation, body awareness, mindfulness, Yoga/Yoga Therapy-informed practices or other experiential exercises.
I understand that responses to these practices vary from person to person.
I agree to participate within my own comfort and capacity, to modify or discontinue a practice if I experience discomfort or concern, and to seek appropriate medical advice if I have a health condition or concern that may affect my ability to participate safely. - Group Participation and Confidentiality
Some sessions may include group discussion, reflection and voluntary sharing.
Anāya Within will endeavour to create a respectful environment in which participants can speak openly and participate without judgment.
Participants are asked to respect the privacy of others and not share another participant’s personal stories, experiences or disclosures outside the program.
I understand, however, that because other participants are independent individuals, Anāya Within cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality.
For this reason, I am encouraged to use my own discretion when deciding what I wish to share. - Relationship With Regen Outreach Community
I understand that Regen Outreach Community has engaged Anāya Within to facilitate this program for its employees/participants.
Participation in The Capacity to Care does not create an employment relationship between me and Anāya Within.
The program is intended to provide a supportive learning and development environment. It is not intended to assess my individual job performance, competence or suitability for employment. Individual personal reflections, coaching discussions and questionnaire responses will not be shared with Regen Outreach Community in an individually identifiable form, except where required by law or where I have provided consent.
Program-level themes, participation information and/or aggregated or de-identified assessment findings may be shared with Regen Outreach Community for the purposes of evaluating the program and understanding its overall impact. - Assessments and Program Evaluation
As part of the program, I may be invited to complete questionnaires at different stages of the experience.
These assessments are intended to: establish a baseline; understand participants’ experiences and needs; evaluate changes over the course of the program; assess the accessibility and usefulness of program practices; and evaluate the overall effectiveness of The Capacity to Care.
These questionnaires are for program evaluation and reflection purposes and are not medical or psychological assessments or diagnostic tools.
Any information collected will be handled in accordance with the applicable Anāya Within Privacy Policy and any additional privacy commitments communicated specifically for this program. - Online Sessions and Recordings
Certain Practice Labs or program components may be delivered online and may be recorded for participant access.
Where a session is recorded, participants will be informed that recording is taking place.
Whenever reasonably possible, recordings intended for the participant portal will focus on Karen’s teaching, guided practices and educational content rather than personal participant disclosures.
Participants who do not wish to appear or speak on a recording may keep their camera off and/or refrain from contributing verbally during recorded portions.
Where particularly personal group discussion or coaching takes place, recording may be paused where practicable.
Recordings made available through the portal are intended solely for authorized program participants and may not be downloaded, copied, recorded, reproduced, distributed, posted publicly or shared with others unless expressly authorized by Anāya Within. - Intellectual Property

I voluntarily choose to participate and accept responsibility for monitoring my own wellbeing and determining whether and how I participate in any particular activity.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, I acknowledge and voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with my participation in the program. - Privacy, Website Terms and Online Portal
