A Pause, Not an Escape

This winter retreat is an invitation to slow down within your life, not step away from it.
Held over two half days in the city, with space in between to integrate and settle, The Inner Call is designed for those who feel the quiet knowing that something wants to realign — not through effort or fixing, but through deeper listening.
As we stand at the threshold of 2026, this is a space to come back into right relationship with yourself, your intuition, and the inner guidance that has likely been overridden for far too long.

Why this retreat, and why now?

Many of us move through life from a place of responsibility, adaptation, and doing what needs to be done. We learn to be capable, dependable, and responsive — often at the cost of our own inner signals.

This retreat is for those who sense that:

  • Clarity doesn’t come from pushing harder
  • Intuition has been quieted by overthinking or over-responsibility
  • The next chapter requires alignment, not more effort
Rather than offering more information, this retreat creates space
— space to integrate, to listen, and to remember how to trust what you already know.

A different rhythm: two half days + integration

Instead of long, jam-packed days, this retreat unfolds across two half-day gatherings
with an evening connection woven in.
This format is intentional.

It allows:

  • Time to digest and integrate insights
  • Nervous system regulation rather than overwhelm
  • Reflection between sessions
  • Deeper connection — without urgency
You will be able to return home, reflect, and notice what continues to unfold between our time together.

What we’ll explore

This retreat is rooted in embodied wisdom, contemplative practice, and an understanding of the larger energetic themes shaping 2026.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Intuition and instinct as steady inner guides
  • The difference between clarity and mental certainty
  • Right relationship with Self — beyond fixing or proving
  • How to listen to what is subtle, quiet, and consistent
  • Aligning with the momentum of 2026 from a grounded place
Practices will include guided reflection, embodied awareness, gentle inquiry, and spacious integration — offered in a way that supports safety, presence, and trust.

An evening to connect

Shared meals and unstructured connection are an essential part of this retreat.

The evening gathering offers space to:

  • Connect in a relaxed, human way
  • Integrate insights through conversation
  • Be witnessed without performance
  • Feel held in community
This is not about networking or achievement — it’s about remembering how connection feels when it’s unforced.

Who this retreat is for

This retreat is especially suited for those who:

  • Feel tired of overdoing or over-responsibility
  • Want clarity that comes from within, not from outside direction
  • Are navigating a transition or threshold
  • Sense that intuition and instinct need tending
  • Value depth, reflection, and meaningful connection
You do not need to be “ready” or have everything figured out. You only need to feel the pull to pause and listen.

What you’ll leave with

While this retreat is not about outcomes, participants often leave with:

  • A deeper sense of inner steadiness
  • Renewed trust in their intuition
  • Greater clarity about direction and timing
  • A felt sense of alignment — not urgency
  • Language and practices to continue listening beyond the retreat

An invitation

This retreat is not asking you to become someone new.
It is an invitation to come back into relationship with what is already wise, already present, and already guiding you — if given the space to be heard.
If you feel the quiet resonance of this work, you are warmly welcome.
